Injection Day

That's right!!! Injection Day for the form 3's... Sure is a dramatic day for them all right...

When the nurses had arrived, I was given the privilege to call class by class to take their injection. Well, I was extremely surprised to see the students cheer as I called them to go... Weird... I also saw a lot of different expression from scared ones to "that's fun, I want one more".

As i predicted, they all complained about arm pain after that... Oh well... that always happens.. I'll put up some pictures once I finish uploading them. :)

Dramatic Assembly

As usual we had our assembly today.... But it is not an ordinary assembly, it's different than the normal ones that we have every Monday..

Well, it is different in two ways... Good and Bad. The good one is that they gave away the medal and trophies for the MSSD athletes.. And announced that our school is the overall champion school. Out of the 40+ athletes 31 will be going for MSSS tomorrow. Yay!!! That's the good thing...

Now the bad one.... As the assembly drags pass the time limit, more and more people started to feel dizzy and the two first aid post were full. Then there were this two girls that that were supporting each other making their way to the first aid post. Both of them were not feeling well. While they are going up the stairs one of them tripped and fell down, bring the other friend along. Everyone there were stricken. The girl that was more serious in both fainting and from the falling was brought to the PBSM room until her mother came..

Man... NOw I know that I will need more first aid members on duty, especially the girls.. And don't drag the assembly time anymore, it's fatal. And to all the students, please eat breakfast!!

Job well done

Finally, I've finished my tour of duty as a part-time worker for the MPH warehouse sale!!!! I felt great!!

Actually my job is quite ok, all I need to do is to arrange books, a bit of customer service here and there, and that's it! My first experience of working.. Well, besides the boredom and feet ache, it was quite ok.. I get to see quite a number of friends while working, haha, which turns out to be pretty amusing.

And the thing is that I don't get bored as the others.. Why? This is because I'm in charge of arranging the cookery section and a mixed section so, every time I arrange them I see food, glorious food!!! So I'm not bored anymore... Haha..

So that's about it... I better sleep early for there's school tomorrow.. Darn it.

Work

Yay!!! After camp I managed to so called rest one day... Before the real challenge begins.

Today I went to the Mayang Plaza early for I'm working there today for the MPH warehouse sale... It was actually quite nice, all the people there are quite friendly and messed around with everyone. I did this because it is a great opportunity to obtain an experience of working... Besides, the pay was quite handsome. The only downside is that you will hav to stand for around 10 hours and have to arrange all the books on the self... *Phew*

Anyway, I kind of enjoyed myself working there. I hope the other two working days will turn out good as well.

CF Camp

It ROCKS!!! It was great!!! Its was awesome, magnificent, wonderful, and extravagant......!!!

Yeah!! That's right.. So many words can't even finish the description of how great the camp was... I can't really sit with everyone because I need to do PA in the PA room, BUT, even in there I can feel God's presence there. God is touching so many of us there. A whole lot of people accepted Christ throughout the entire camp.. It was so encouraging to see God at work.

I really thank God for this camp, and I also thank God for Pr Julie that preach wonderfully to us and for her very encouraging and promising testimonies. I had a great time playing games and worshipping God there. And I really enjoyed serving in the PA department. My group was great too, we won third in games.. YAY!!

I hope CF Camp will continue to be done and bring more people to know more about God. Pictures will be uploaded once I receive them... Hehe=)

CF Camp!!!

Yay!!! SMK TAMAN SEA's CF camp is coming.... And its tomorrow!!!! Yeah man!! I'm all so excited to go now... I had wonderful memories there last year..

Last year's camp was the first camp that I ever been to organised by a club in my school. It was great!!! So many people were touched by the holy spirit and encountered God's presence...

And now.. It's camp again!!! I hope that this year's camp will be as good as last years, or perhaps even better!!!

Canteen Day

Yay!!! Canteen Day's today!!! That means loads of people, loads of excitement, tons of food, tons of goodies and a lot of hard cash to be earn!!!

We were able to get out of class to set up our stalls at 7.35am. We did a lot of running for there is a bit of mess up. We got the tables arranged and our deco set up well before Canteen Day starts. Then out came a red van bearing the Pizza Hut logo! Oven-fresh pizzas were separated nicely according to their flavours.

Riinnnnggggg... The marks the beginning of the selling and buying session. The students went 'treasure hunting' for their kind of food. Teachers were not left out too.... The CF pizza stall is the first to finish selling for the pizzas were selling like hot cakes. The PBSM stall did quite well too.

I thank my friends from Kadet Polis that gave me a free drink today.. After school I went to see Mr Allen to see whether he wants any pizza or not. He said he can't finish them so he said it was ok, instead he offered me coffee and doughnut for I haven't had my lunch yet. At first I was wondering why do I need this, then when I reach the canteen I got my answer, the canteen was not operating. Thanks Mr Allen!!!

Afternoon session's Canteen Day was quite nice.. For CF we managed to sell all of our pizza 1 hour and 30 minutes before the time is up! And there's a lot of people that haven't receive their pizza yet, so we had to order some more. PBSM's business was quite ok. Chinese society did a great job selling bubble tea, it was one of the main attraction.

After the event of selling four slices of pizza to the HM last year, this year I decided to try again. I went to the HM's office and asked whether she wants any pizza. And I got an order from her!!! Once the pizza had arrived, it was sent to her office. This will be the last time of me selling any thing to this HM.

A job well done to all the societies that had been selling. Creativity and business strategy had been stimulated through this event. I hope Canteen Day will continue to be an annual event for SMK Taman Sea.

And by the way, by looking at the students buying food and spending money, it is as if there is not economic crisis at all!!!

Cg Outing!!!

Went for cg outing today... Yay!!!! It was quite awesome, swimming in the rain. We had great fun at the swimming pool... Splashing water everywhere.. Haha. Until we were chased out of the pool.....

At noon, we went to Tropicana Mall for lunch. We went to this nice restaurant and had a wonderful lunch.

We had a great time talking and bonding with each other. Now this is what you call a cell group.. :)

Rain... Rain...

Rain.. rain... rain.. is all i could say.... The weather is so extreme nowadays...One moment it is so hot like a blazing desert, with the blink of an eye it will be raining cats and dogs..

You know what I mean right... Yup yup, yesterday it was so hot in the afternoon, so I went to the library to do my homework. When I came back out, the sky was so dark. Its like a carpet of darkness moving swiftly across the sky.. So I faster pack my stuff and walk quickly back home. I was like, God.. please, please hold the rain for 15mins. Once I got inside my house, 5 minute later it started to rain heavily... Thank God I wasn't caught in the rain. Praise God!!!

Today, the weather was quite fair, there was actually warn beams of sunlight just moments before it started raining. Right after the house pratise ended, it started to rain... While I was wondering how to go back home I met Pn Ernice who kindly fetched me home. I give glory to God for helping me to find a transport back.

So... Through this two incidents I can say that God is really great. Our God is a God that provides. Let us put our trust in Him and rest assured, He will provide you whatever you need even in tough times he will look you through.
